研究方向

细胞中一些特定的生物大分子通过相分离形成无膜细胞器,从而对细胞内空间进行分隔,精确协调各种生化反应。病理状态下,蛋白质异常相变造成不溶性聚集,进而导致神经元死亡。我们希望系统性地研究生物大分子相变的分子机制及其对神经系统功能的影响,最终达到通过人工干预调控病理状态下的相变,从而治疗神经退行性疾病的目的。
