研究方向:

 

一、开发以质谱为核心技术的前沿方法。目前专注的研究项目为:

1)单细胞蛋白质组学技术开发及其在生物医学中的应用;

2)基于新型捕获离子迁移谱质谱(TIMSTOF)的糖蛋白鉴定与定量方法;

3)基于碰撞横截面数值(collision cross section)的数据独立采集方法开发。

二、利用基于质谱的蛋白质组学及其他多组学技术的整合,辅以生物,化学生物学等其他跨学科领域的技术和手段,大规模地发掘基于疾病问题和临床队列的标志物同时进行功能验证和机制解析。
