研究方向:

应激颗粒是一种重要的转录后和翻译调控机制。通过对哺乳动物细胞中应激颗粒的研究发现应激颗粒与神经退行性疾病、癌细胞死亡、病毒感染、免疫反应和炎症反应密切相关。然而,人们对植物中应激颗粒的功能仍然知之甚少。我们实验室结合细胞生物学、分子生物学、蛋白组学、基因组学和生物信息学方法主要研究应激颗粒的形成机制、生物学功能以及进化学意义。为了促进对相关研究中对分子互作的高通量、定量检测,我们实验室也开发可替代表面等离子共振仪的新型纳米传感器。此外,我们实验室也研究大豆生物钟与大豆产量头号病原体大豆孢囊线虫之间的互作关系,以期提高大豆对大豆孢囊线虫的抗性。
