研究方向:

课题组长期以来致力于开发调控细胞命运的新方法和建立多潜能干细胞制备的全新底层技术,尤其在小分子化合物诱导细胞命运转变方面做出了一系列开拓性工作:

1.  小分子化合物诱导小鼠和人体细胞重编程制备多潜能干细胞及细胞重编程的分子机理研究;

2.  小分子化合物提升干细胞发育潜能,诱导潜能扩展和全能性干细胞;

3.  人多潜能干细胞定向分化制备肝脏细胞、胰岛细胞、血液细胞等功能细胞应用于重大疾病研究和治疗;

4.  小分子化合物诱导体细胞谱系重编程制备功能细胞。
